phone an alcatel_4060A android version 5.1.1

I keep getting warnings in the notification saying my device memory is full thus leads to certain apps shutting down but here's the thing I have factory data reset the phone I'm doing this on a daily basis something is filling up my storage under miscellaneous files I open the miscellaneous files nothing is there accounting for the amount of space taken up I don't understand where is it coming from what is it how do I make it stop pouring in on its own I am not downloading any extra apps I'm not downloading music hell I'm not doing any damn thing I my phone is at base level when you set it up the s*** that's on it is all I got but something is just filling up my phone's storage within a day's time I have a 32 gig memory card in the phone nothing goes to that I have to download an app of my own even have the option to move it to the SD card but I ain't got time to download other apps because my device storage feels so rapidly with whatever this is by the end of the day I have to shut it off factory reset it and start all over like I just bought it this didn't used to happen I was able to Once Upon a Time have lots of games lots of personal music files lots of pictures and never fill up the device storage now without any of this the storage gets full I want to know how do I fix this problem without just going and getting a completely different phone somebody please that knows what they're talking about help me out
