Hey guys...i realize this isn't the right place for this but im not sure exactly where to go with this problem, and i figured if nothing else, someone here could atleast point me in the right direction.
A few days ago i started having issues with youtube, no longer able to interact with the video player in anyway. Videos play just fine, but i cant pause them or adjust volume. Infact none of the buttons are clickable, and even click on the video frame itself does nothing.
This only seems to happen with youtube, as other flash media on different sites works just fine, and even embedded youtube videos like the various podcasts work just fine. There's also some wierdness going on with the side bar "recommended videos", where it's overlapping the user information. Seems like the page itself is broken and i cant figure out why.
On a side note, i attempted using google hangouts today and the google voice plugin wouldn't recognize and i wasn't able to use hangouts (im using windows 8 in desktop mode, not metro as per the help page). Not sure if this is related, but thought i'd mention it.
I've reinstalled chrome and it hasn't done anything. Mind you, it was a direct reinstall without uninstalling it first. I'll give that a try as well, but im hoping someone here can shed some light on this issue, or at least point me in the right direction.
