I have a galaxy s3 i747 unlocked phone, I love it very much. Had it for a good while now, its a great phone. So I was told about cyanogenmod, it can help the battery life etc. So I thought I'd give it a try, had to root the device first. It kept failing, did it many times. Then hours later, I found out about the cyanogen installer, that failed as well. now my phone shows on the download screen:
ODIN MODE (in red)
Product Name: SGH-I747
Current Binary: custom
System Status: custom
Qualcomm SecureBoot: Enable
Warranty Bit: 1 (in red)
Bootloader RP SWREV: 3
I also learned about knox after all this, and I cant figure that out either, apparently I have to root my phone to use apps to get rid of knox, but knox prevents one from rooting their phone? wth?
So I decided to call a quits, and go back to stock android, didn't have a problem with it in the first place. but now... for example. when I use swiftkey app, and I try to download languages it wont let me, it says it cant. And I cant back up colornote, I backed it up on my SD.
So if anyone would be kind enough to help me on this, either getting cyanogenmod on my phone, or going back to how it was before all this, I would really appreciate this.
PS: I did a factory reset and didn't work.
PS: Also I should mention, when installing the CyanogenMod with the Installer, While its going on, for a slight moment, I see the android bot logo on screen, laying down with a red triangle with an "!" at the center. But then it goes back to the CyanogenMod Logo, and when its finsihed, it gives me these boot options, and it always reboots to the stock android, not matter which option I chose. It has 4.4.2 on it.
