Just got an HTC Desire 10 Pro.
I am based in Cork, Ireland and my network provider is Lycamobile. I am currently on the Ireland Plus bundle.
Since inputting my SIM over a month ago, I have been unable to connect to the internet via mobile data- though I can make and receive calls, send and receive text messages and make WhatsApp calls (using Wi-fi).
Despite several resetting of the Access Point Names by Lycamobile, the mobile data remains disconnected even when data roaming is ticked. I have been asked by Lycamobile technical staff to replace the SIM which I will do once the new SIM arrives.
Appreciate anyone who has experienced this to assist.
