No security updates from Samsung for my Tab S

I have a Tab S 10.5 LTE (SMT805Y) with Lollipop 5.02. The last security patch (in Settings/About device) is dated November 2015. When I go into the settings for Security Policy Update and attempt to update it "connects to server" but then tells me everything is up to date. I have the update settings on automatic but have tried manual update as well.

Can anyone suggest what the problem is?

The tablet was purchased in Australia from an Australian online retailer but the CSC country is New Zealand. Also I have been in Asia since March (with a week in Australia in May). Would location have anything to do with the lack of updates
